The impact of generative AI on economies and enterprise will be revolutionary. Before the advent of generative AI, only a rare few organizations had made AI a critical capability across the business, or even aspired to. While 94% of organizations were already using AI in some way, only 14% of them aimed to achieve “enterprise-wide AI,” defined as having AI being a critical part of at least five core functions.
